• Account Information: Your name and email address when you create an account.
• Video Content: Fencing bout videos you upload for analysis. These are processed by our AI system and are not stored permanently on our servers beyond the time needed to generate your analysis.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, including analysis count, purchase history, and account state (trial, active, etc.).
• Purchase Information: Transaction records processed through Google Play. We do not store your payment card details — these are handled securely by Google.
• Device Information: Basic device identifiers required for app functionality and crash reporting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Touché app and its AI analysis features.
• Authenticate your account and manage your session securely.
• Process and verify in-app purchases and grant the appropriate analyses.
• Send essential service communications (e.g., account verification).
• Ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI coaching analysis over time.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Sharing of Information

We share your information only with the following trusted third-party services necessary to operate Touché:

• Google Firebase — Authentication and cloud database (Firestore). Firebase Privacy
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI analysis of your uploaded video content. Video frames are sent to Anthropic's API for analysis and are not retained by Anthropic beyond the processing of your request. Anthropic Privacy

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of MystiCon LLC, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Video content uploaded for analysis is processed in real-time and is not retained on our servers after your analysis report is generated.

5. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including:

• Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in.
• All API keys and sensitive credentials are stored server-side and never exposed in the app bundle.
• Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS/TLS.
• Firestore security rules that restrict access to your own data only.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

Touché is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users are required to confirm they are 13 or older when creating an account.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete that information.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.

• Opt-out: You may delete your account at any time through the app.
